Mark Dry

We acted for and represented the commonwealth British medallist Mark Dry at the first instance hearing before Sport Resolutions, against allegations of anti-doping rule violations (tampering) submitted by UK Anti-Doping. We succesfully secured Mr Dry's acquittal of all charges.

We also acted for and represented Mr Dry in UKAD's subsequent appeal against Mr Dry's acquittal, where the first instance's acquittal was reversed with a four-year ban.

Finally, we acted for and represented Mr Dry in his subsequent appeal against the length of his ban, where we successfully reduced Mr Dry's ban to twenty six months, following submissions on the ground of proportionality.
